Our Service Agreement covers all visits and general policies. If you're booking boarding or overnight services, an additional Addendum applies — please review both. We'll provide digital copies to sign during onboarding.

Hours & Holidays

Weekdays

Holiday services must be reserved in advance and are subject to availability, so please plan ahead to ensure your pet’s care. A small additional charge applies to holiday services. Please note that our offices are closed on statutory holidays.

We’re happy to offer weekend visits when booked in advance. To make sure we can accommodate you, please send your request by Thursday or Friday afternoon at the latest. A small additional charge applies to weekend services. Please note that our office is closed on weekends.

Our standard hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Need us a little earlier or later? No problem! A small additional charge applies to after hours services.
