What time will my pet be visited/walked?

We reserve a two-hour window around your pet's scheduled visit time. For example, if your pet's appointment is at 12pm, your sitter will arrive between 11am and 1pm. This flexibility helps us handle our ever-changing schedules, tackle bad weather, time to dry off soggy pups after rainy or snowy days, and manage travel times between clients. For our little furballs under 6 months, we offer a one-hour window.

Do you walk dogs individually or in a group?

All our walks are individual, except when there is more than one dog in the household. We never pack walk.

How do I pay?

We accept e-transfers and bill for services in advance. Expect to get your invoice via email on Fridays for the upcoming week. No contracts or minimums here—just easy tracking through your online portal or app. Simple and straightforward!

Will I work with the same sitter?

Your pup is your family, and we know how important it is to have someone that you know and trust in your home, caring for your pup. Each of our sitters has an assigned geographical neighborhood (their “route” as we like to call it) which consists of a specific set of pets that they see each day. The pets (and their parents) really do become like family, and we do our best to encourage longevity and limited turnover amongst our team. Should your sitter resign or move to another route for any reason, we will notify you as far in advance as possible and give you ample opportunity to meet and get to know your new sitter before they take over. Rest assured knowing that our team consists solely of rockstars who are used to adapting to all kinds of situations and meeting all sorts of different pets.

Do I need a regular schedule for dog walks?

Setting up a regular schedule for your dog is a great idea! It helps us make sure our walkers are available and that every pup gets their walk at the right time. But don’t worry if you need walks just now and then—we can accommodate those too, depending on availability. We recommend creating a client account so you can easily request walks and we’ll be ready to help whenever you need us!
